Due to the custom and built-to-order nature of our products and services, we have a strict no-refund policy once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
1. No Refunds or Cancellations After Payment
All sales are final. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. This policy is necessary because:
Our products are custom-built to your specifications;
Materials are ordered, cut, and processed specifically for your project;
Labor is allocated and production begins shortly after payment.
For these reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind;
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer;
Design changes requested after order confirmation;
Delays due to third-party contractors or site conditions.
2. Order Accuracy
Before placing your order, please double-check:
All measurements and specifications;
Cabinet styles, finishes, and configurations;
Delivery and installation timelines.
We encourage you to consult with our team before finalizing your purchase to ensure accuracy and alignment with your project requirements.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
While refunds are not offered, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if warranted, will:
Replace the defective component(s); or
Provide a repair or rework solution at no additional cost.
This policy does not apply to:
Damage caused during installation by third parties;
Normal wear and tear;
Issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use.
